    Thanks! It's hard making these kinds of videos because I want to go more in depth but also keep the video from being really long, ugh. Let me know if you find a good card shop in Portland. I've just been going to the Eugene ones for the past year or two :) Hope you've been well!

    I like dcsports also, but frequently receive cards with imperfections not visible in the scans. Can’t grade them, and can’t resell them without mentioning the issues and losing 50%

    Sorry to hear that :( Unfortunately that’s just the buying raw online experience. You take the good with the bad. To me, dcsports is no worse than any other seller online. It’s always a gamble buying a raw card from anyone online 🤪 Thanks for watching!

    I've heard that DC Sports only list raw cards that they felt didn't have a good chance at a 10 because they grade everything that does themselves. Can't speak from personal experience, but I have seen a couple KZread videos where individuals purchase @ 100 cards from them and grading prospects were few and far between (Most of the cards purchased were 1st Bowman Chromes in the videos). Thanks for the video!

    What do you do with the cards you don’t end up grading? If you sell them, where do you sell them?

  • @littlevictoriessportscards197

    @littlevictoriessportscards197

    Жыл бұрын

    Great question 👍 I sell the cards I don’t grade on COMC. Just ship the cards to them, .50cents for each card to list, and then there is a 10-15% cash out fee. Another recommendation is to set up a table at a local card show and get rid of them there (I used to do that) 👍

    I agree with sniping responsibly 😂. Just had two snipes for Kenny Pickett autos, both buds were way below the comps on eBay. Won both, that was fun but happened to really only want to pay for one 😂

    Great tips! Have you had any experience cracking out SGC slabs? Is there a reason you prefer cracking BGS? Would love to hear your thoughts

  • @littlevictoriessportscards197

    @littlevictoriessportscards197

    Жыл бұрын

    I do crack out SGC here and there. I find their grades more consistent and on par with PSA, so I don't crack them out very often. There seems to be a bigger grading discrepancy between BGS and PSA so I see more of a potential for grading bumps. Plus BGS slabs sell for a significant amount less than PSA so it gives you a great chance at added profit. Thanks for watching! I really appreciate it

    That would double the grader's salary, lol. PSA only pays about $35k-$40k a year. The money won't even make it to them, ha.

    What is your experience buying cards from sellers in other countries like China for instance?

    I’m a very cautious buying person on eBay, so I actually never buy cards from other countries. Sometimes from Canada but that’s about it. It just seems like a big risk to me. Thanks for watching! 🙌

    Great video as always! What is your search stragey for COMC? Do you find sellers you like and then search their pages or do you have certain year/sport/brand that you search for? Assuming you do the same player/rookie year search like ebay?

  • @littlevictoriessportscards197

    @littlevictoriessportscards197

    Thanks! Yeah, I do the same seach like ebay...player name and rookie year. And from there you will see cards that seem like great deals or good sales going on, and you can then write down which seller it is, and then go back to that seller in the future. I have a whole list of sellers that are great to buy from on comc I can give you :)

    Really appreciate the video! Love these informational ones. I have two questions for another informational. 1. In your experience, how much value does a PSA 10 vs. BGS 9.5 add (stepping down through the grades). 2. What are certain grading companies pickiest about. I know PSA is very picky about corners. What about print lines, surface scratches, centering, etc.
