Coming to Canada is exciting and scary at the same time. I have gone through this experience and even after coming to Canada one goes through a new immigrant struggle in many ways. Can the car seat readjusted because it too high for my newborn baby, no support at the neck section.
Thanks for the video. 2 questions. 1) So there is 1 infant car seat which fits into the stroller and then there is the toddler seat. Is there any other feature I am missing? 2) How long can we use the infant car seat for?

Hi yes this model has both Infant seat/ car seat and a toddler seat. We used the infant seat for first 17-18 months and then changed to toddler seat. Remember the toddler seat is not a car seat but a change over from infant to toddler in stroller

And both infant and toddler seats fit to stroller.
Can you please show how to adjust the sitting and reclining position? Mine seems to be reclining and not sitting up straight.

Hi Priyanka, this stoller has both type seat. The infant seat has a bottom which you can keep in stroller(the below compartment). This is the one we used till our baby turned 18 months. The other seat we started using recently. The toddler one does not fit to this base. To answer further. Infant seat is the car seat. All you need to do is remove the seat with one click from stroller and make it car seat
does this car seat has rebound bar? I think rebound bar is mandatory in canada. isnt it?

Good question. We have a bissel canister vaccine cleaner which has attachment which we use to clean the bassinet. Sometimes run wet wipe or Lizol wipe. Hope this helps
Does anyone know how to take the cap on the wheel off? I added the cap before putting on the little piece

I just used a very flat skinny knife & shimmy it out, I did the same thing following the video then looking back on the booklet lol

I used a butter knife to force the hub off and it came off now I can't figure out how to put the stupid little piece in
