I totally agree, she is so gifted, one of the best versions of this song I've heard, Grace has a voice that needs very little if not at all accompaniment from instruments.

Her live performances always slay! If she keeps this up she is going to have a Grateful Dead type following.

As usual a fantastic performance well beyond her years. Grace is now an incredibly seasoned professional at the ripe ol' age of 15. Her amazing voice still there (despite all the dire warnings from arm-chair vocal coaches showing their concern every chance they got. ;) ) and only getting better over the past few years.

Well, "Lower East Side" is a reference to a NYC neighborhood, the song is set in NYC.

Great to have another live performance - I always prefer the more stripped down sound of Grace singing. Her voice sounds fresh and rested. Great fullness, warmth to it, enables Grace to put out the inner music. She's confident on every note. Definitely her best performance of this song. And it sounds more like her, more indie, even a touch of jazz, than the much more produced release.

I will never stop listening to this mesmerizing song.

From what I've seen in backgrounds, you're well within the normal mix. She has fans of all ages, even in their 70s - although they rarely show up at her concerts. :)
