Where have you read that Matraca Berg wrote this song? There's nothing in the album notes that mentions her and all songs are attributed to being written by Miss Potter. I've also checked the tracks on all of Matraca Berg's albums and Apologies doesn't appear on any of them, also the song doesn't even sound like the style of music she sings? If you could link to your source I'd very much appreciate it.
