American actress Grace Kelly married Prince Rainier of Monaco in 1956. She met the Prince while attending Cannes Film Festival in 1955.. they stayed in contact with each other and rainier made a trip to the US and asked Grace to marry him over the Christmas holidays. She of course said Yes.

On dit que son organisme,son esprit et son âme ont eu raison de cette perfection qu'elle s'était imposé pour redorer l'image de Monaco,de la famille Grimaldi et autres.Et qu'à force de s'occuper des autres elle s'est négligé un peu en ne faisant pas attention à sa sécurité personnelle,en ne prenant pas garde et cela va entraîner sa fin tragique.
My parents got married in 1956 as well. No pomp and circumstance like THIS wedding ! Lol. But my mom looked like a princess as well. 😊
She was and still is a icon day. She was princess that will always be in our hearts.

My daughter bought a dress very similar to Graces in a shop that donates money to the homeless, the dress was donated to the shop from a local designer wedding shop and she paid €300 for a dress that looked a million dollars and she looked just like Grace Beautiful 🤍 never forget you 🤍

What a beautiful couple! She was so "graceful" and elegant to the very end. They seemed very happy and loving towards each other. I believe that's how their marriage worked for so long. Maybe that's all they wanted us to see, on the outside. Didn't the youngest child cause this accident that took her life? I can remember this story on the new and it wasn't so cut and dry this accident?? Doesn't take away from the beauty of their marriage! Rest in peace beautiful Princess!!!!You will always be our Princess!!

Non non Stéphanie n'a rien à avoir avec l'accident.D'autres paramètres ont occasionné l'accident:elle était à moitié myope,elle conduisait rarement ou même presque pas mais ce jour là exceptionnellement elle a décidé de prendre le volant au grand dam de son chauffeur,le chemin emprunté n'était pas de plus facile,et aussi cet AVC.

A true Fairy Tale, with a Beautiful Beginning and a Sad end. But, nonetheless magnificent. This was so wonderful to see, as I didn't grow up in that era. My parents knew everything of the Royals in England, the Kennedys and of course the Rainier's of Monaco. One must honor those of the past and the present to come. Bless them all 💐💜

@@saturnemackiozy9202 Exact. Kate n'a pas du tout été originale (copyKat) avec sa robe, à mon sens. D'ailleurs on n'a retenu que le postérieur de sa soeur Pippa ! Heureusement des jeunes mariée osent d'autres styles de robes et c'est réussi. Meghan Markel a innové avec sa robe sans dentelles. Elle était fabuleuse. Et j'ai carrément adoré sa deuxième robe, très belle. Elle a du goùt.
