Grace Balsdon - Honorary Doctorate Interview at Canterbury Christ Church University
Grace Balsdon, Olympian, Commonwealth Games gold medallist & CCCU Alumna, was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Canterbury Christ Church University in September 2023. Grace successfully represents England & GB national teams, as well as playing club hockey for Hamstead & Westminster. Grace has been awarded this honour in recognition of her achievements in hockey & contribution to women's sport.
During this celebratory day, Grace spoke with our university's team about how it felt to receive this honour in her home city of Canterbury, her advise to our sports students & goals for the future.
