It was a house that was likely just bought. And no it is specifically stated if you get stuck, you are supposed to RP it out and OOC is a final resort. If there is a way to RP it out, then you RP it out. Yuno once got stuck and he had to try to RP it out, but finally the Devs popped in to help. But if you can RP it out you RP it out. In fact, the Devs were probably already watching to see if Yuno could get her out or not, otherwise they would have stepped in or stopped Yuno from doing it before he did it.

Don't underestimate the Devs. They are everywhere at the same time and some players are Devs because Blau used to be a Dev, I'm not sure if he is still or not, but there are a number of times where he has stopped people from doing things they weren't supposed to do. And people won't get banned out right in most cases, they will get a warning.

After watching his streams recently I think because he and the other people he’s Rp’ing with don’t really see their friendships as “relationships” that’s why he still joking around with it. I think 3.0 was WAY more serious about relationship Rp and erp, now everyone is just joking around

I think he has just opened up a bit more. I still wouldn't call it a relationship. But I know what you mean. He is still very much against it, but he specifically stated he wanted Yuno to be different. And and is changing some. I really really hope they do crime together. I think it be fun as hell. And I'd LOVE to see Lottie as a character go full 'mother bear' one day. Just like I'd love to see Yuno snap ICly one day.
