Grab & Die Set for Coyotes
Most trappers, especially newer ones, have never heard of a Grab and Die set, which means they obviously aren't utilizing them on their lines. As mentioned in the video, I prefer using a bone, but it is illegal in WV to do so. There are multiple ways to make this set, both with a backing and without. In this video, we show you one of the ways we run the set without backing. Please reach out if you have any questions or if we can help you in any way!

He’s awesome. Any tips for an educated gray that’s seen a lot? Used flat and dirt sets used Hiawatha, gusto, lightning in a bottle, k9force, k9call, simply mice, even fresh and tainted meats, beaver, deer, squirrel. Thousand pics of him just walking up but won’t commit 🤯🤷♂️
I've learned more in 2 of your videos than I have in the last 40 hours of watching videos of other trappers.... wow
Thanks for sharing this. I have learned so much from this channel. One of my favorites on KZread.
Another great informative video! Thanks again for your passion for trapping and teaching others how to be better trappers! From next door in Va!
Thanks for sharing 👍 I use that set some, but with a pvc pipe or a bone most generally. I also like blending my Peat moss tight chains ⛓
Nice set biggs thanks much from idaho!! Good luck on the trap line!
Have to give that one a try! Seems it will work well when I deal with alot of dirt holes full of water
Man! I’ve been waiting for your new videos!
I love your videos! Thank you for sharing your expertise
Enjoyed the videos wish you would do more
Thanks for the video, always informative and instructive. Don't want to sound greedy but even though they are time consuming I wish you would do more!!!!!
Thank you for sharing. I will have to give this a try over in eastern Kentucky. Tight chains.

My pleasure, brother!
Such bs that we always have to worry about some 💩 always trying to find or mess with something. Nice looking set. Never used it. Going to have to try it up here.
I use the same set but use 2 dowels that cross with a dead squirrel wired to both dowels - great success - by crossing the dowels they have to come in from ft side - also use rabbits as bait !

I’m sure that’s a killer set. Unfortunately, it’s illegal in my neck of the woods.
Good vid. Have you ever heard of using moles for bait? Just wondering bcuz he’s similar to a mouse but a funky odor to him. I’ve used ground mice before and was tempted to grind some moles. Any thoughts?
Haven’t seen any videos. How did your trapping season go?
Can you do a video on how to clean traps during season so they can be reused? I am new to M. Acid and FMJ so not sure if we need to go through the entire prrocess during season or just rinse them off?
Hope all is well Biggs miss seeing some of your trapping videos this year.

Hey Will. This season was a bit different for me. I spent the majority of it nuisance beaver trapping. I did do some land trapping but spent a lot of time by myself this season just taking it all in. I’ll be back at the videos next season!
Love your videos! Could you share with me what type of lure? Not exactly your brand favorite if you do not want to share that. Any help would be appreciated. I never made this set and want to.
Love it !!
Biggs where you at this year miss your stuff old boy hope all is well....
Just wondering if you ever have any trouble with deer with all the salt usage ? Thank you for your time .Goodluck Out There BeSafe
I watched a video and the guy said you knew someone who mad a trappers cap for Duke 550s. Is it possible to get the information so i can get one
I live in wv and I’ve had some duke 650s out for 2 weeks and haven’t had any luck I would like to talk with ya so I can get more information ab trapping coyotes
Hope all is well Nick,, haven’t gotten a trapping video all season????
Are you trapping this year.
Hey buddy I don't know what I am doing wrong but I can't catch anything any tips for me
I'm actually testing out some waxed Activated Carbon, tho the activated carbon already repels water naturally. But I have it mixed with sand and dirt as well. The activated carbon (actually it's bio-char) will absorb any scents in and around the bed, so the coyote will only smell what you want him to smell. This is all theory of course.
Nice video ! Keep lookin up! ...you know the language im talkin .

Don't give up the location even after you are finished there...
Well then why even bring up where you’re located?
