I may have missed this somewhere in your update, but video interaction capability isn't available to everyone yet, right? That is, the ability for GPT-4o to "see" my environment and tell me things about it? I saw several videos from OpenAI showing that capability, but I can't access it in my GPT-4o. We're still waiting for that to be widely propagated, right?

its not available yet. right now its only tts which is same feature as previous version. the new version will be slowly rolling out over weeks i believe

will the voice - emotion responses be coming out life? right now I can use GTP-4o but I cannot ask it to speak in different manner.

You can add custom instructions to GPT with just a free account, and they will be rolling out the “memory” feature where ChatGPT will remember notable things that come up in conversation and be able to reference/“remember” them later.

It was the fully updated version of the app, with audio and video fully enabled; They are rolling out the UI changes gradually, and Audio/video even more slowly. First to Plus members in alpha, and then to the general public.

@@_matis_ because the Turing test isn't an exam, it's an interview. It doesn't matter if the answers are wrong, people get stuff wrong too. It also only has to fool 1 person, not every person, and it already has.

So we have the beginning stages of her. Or at the very least the underlying architecture necessary. If we can make the Ai more biased towards audio visual data over written we will be closer to human capabilities where its easier to remember a vivid picture then it is to actually explain it sufficently. Then hopefully we can get localised version eventually. I really dont want it online, but i know its part of the process. I would be cool having a PC at home that runs it and then it has data transmission from my devices back to a personal server.

Nothing is free today! The thing with AI is it needs to be fed data .. in this case data as humanlike and natural as possible. So they might offer the service for free but in reality WE users train it for free! WE train their AI for free and one day in the near future they will use OUR work to make money! Think about that before using it online. For Offline Ai its different.

It is not flirty. This is the way a normal nice and kind woman talks to others. Because we have not heard women talk like this to us for a long time, it seems out of place. Blame women. Great job OpenAI.

One thing I notice increasingly is that not many people are alarmed or care about AI, only the KZreadrs seem to be desperately promoting it. It reminds me of the Aliens agenda. After all, the public is almost completely aware that their perception is fabricated, and they are losing all their trust on authorities anyway, it is not AI that will make a big difference.
