UPDATE: when doing pip install of the python libraries, make sure that opencv is installed like this pip install opencv-python-headless (instead of opencv-python) make sure that in your requirements.txt there is also only the opencv-python-headless, not the opencv-python, otherwise your app will not work in streamlit cloud the other libraries are good as they are sorry for this!
