@@lifesux1953 ?? the damage NEVER changed on tori, i HAD tori during update 8 so i didn't just "see it" the damage wasnt mid at all, you have a 200 damage burn hyper armor barrage that combo extenders and you have a bar that autoheals you for 50 percent of every damage you take that regens quickly, with that alone you get extra hp, i had a build with 700 stm and i could pop heal constantly, most players legit couldnt hit a tori in full bar because toris can still block n they can just go up high then just heal/brand, the bar is insanely easy to build up with its m1s/barrage, then you have another hyper armor move in base being triple talons with a weird hitbox, it just seems you arent good enough to understand how good tori was and still is, easy yappin secession. if you honeslty think update 8 tori was mid your just terrible at the game n it shows

I fought this guy in 1v1s and he just ran with tori and healed constantly (he never ran out of stamina) gotta love the 200 damage moves

tori was always op people just didnt know how to use it

its not a glitch, it was a buff to the fruit, mode bar passively regenerates while out of combat (also you can block in bird form, also also bird form R move works like tekkai)
