All of those people "just use the abilities that their fruit has". Those fruits can also be beat with preparation and a little bit of skill. The point about Tori is they can take a beat down and heal to full in nearly a instant without any repercussions, and it doesn't matter how skilled the tori user is if they can always out-live the opponent they are facing. Fact is, tori has good damage, combo potential, and skills that can out-perform most players regardless of how skilled they may be because tori can heal while flying away or while damaging you, and there is literally nothing anyone can do to stop them.

Do people have fun running and spamming every move they have with paw? Teleporting away every chance they get? Do people have fun jumping into the air and spamming their pika abilities so you can hit them? Do people have fun running onto the water as hie or magu so you can't get them when they are downed? Ask yourself why tori uses an ability to heal, when it has 2 damaging moves. It's an even playing field.
