No need for counselling in private colleges but yes they have their own schedule of admission. So you can check that schedule and accordingly manage

For private colleges also you need to pass the qualifying marks that is 164 for gen 129 for sc/st/obc So unfortunately not you can’t get admission in private colleges unless you get qualifying marks
