Commissioning housing scheme, abi?? When will that governor commission an upgraded drainage system in Lagos??

I’m not a fan of this administration but affordable housing is very necessary for all Nigerians, especially in Lagos, this is a good move & we need more of these. However when you building housing complexes like this, it is important to add green areas & communal areas that will allow people to not be trapped in these blocks all day. Studies have been conducted & it’s proven that people living in these blocks tend to be more depressed because they have no nearby places to enjoy outdoor life. I don’t know what the master plan contains but if it does not have a good urban plan strategy, it may still need work for future affordable housing developments, nonetheless, this is a good move by the Lagos government.

Can the government allow people living in the slums to be first priority to live there.

On a lighter note, I will say this is a good start but who will afford to live in these apartments?? Will the working class be able to afford to live here though or is this just for the elite??

The buildings looks substandard snd the plans outdated. Go and see what Benin Republic is built, you will notice the difference in quakity. In Benin, thry don't joke with good quality

This is the pace asiwaju set in lagos state as governor. His boys have all followed the master plan. The other one that said he was governor for eight years is still going aroind and giving statisitics without nothing to show for 8 years as govenor neither any plan he lay down or drew for successors to follow.
