Just to let everyone know that Faux Pas is actually in Gotye's band so the guy obviously has talent. He's trying to do something different with the song and i think it should be appreciated. Give the dude some props.

Definitely really good as a stand-alone remix. When compared to the original, obviously it's extremely different. This is more so based on sampling than actually covering the song. Come on, guys. Gotye posted it here for a reason.

It gives the feeling of old American "chill techno" meets the "cha-cha-cha" genre of Cuban music. Okay. Okay. This is my official second favorite remix of the original version of this song. Of course, the original is still my favorite. 😉 Tysm, Gotye. 🤗🤩

@JackoPlane lol the stupidest complaint some one can make about a remix is to say it's not "the same" in some way. It's not suppose to feel or sound the same or whatever, if it did, what would even be the point of remixing it? I like it, it's just a cool song that features samples from another cool song.
@Mozart2Metallica12 жыл бұрын
For the first 23 secs, I thought it was interesting. Between :24 and :59, I listened only out of curiosity. However, starting at 1:00, IT GETS REALLY GOOD. Kind of reminds me of The Art of Noise and Enigma when they first came out. Give this remix a chance!!
