In the start of the video, it was written in the subtitle that 'Men-Tsee-Khang was re-established by 15th Dalai Lama.' Actually it was re-established by the 14th Dalai Lama. 15th dalai lama doesn't exist now.

No. 14th Dalai Lama was the one who reestablished Mentseekhang in exile and he's still alive. We don't have 15 Dalai Lama yet.
