Its a set menu. They have a veg and a non veg one.

Tell you what i am from Ahmedabad Agashiye is that famous stapel for City elites not city elites India's elites(Largly popular for Bollywood stars and famous people went to spend their money )i have been there so so so much overpriced you can get the same in probably 1/3 of that price in Ahmedabad you should visit manek chowk and street food that it is famous for for whatever you're showing are the one of that luxury stapel..... Which you can find anywhere around India Ahmedabad is Famous for Bhajiya and dal-wada, cholafali, panipuri(not as much as delhi is but still), and many street food and Gujarati dish(you don't have to spend 1200₹ for that purpose)

Is this one of Heston Feast Restaurants where they mix all kinds of Concoctions and Conceptions using Chemistry in an Indian way to produce 5 Star Culinary Delights ! By the way What the Damage? Was the Bill such we may have to Wash Dishes at the back of the Restaurant! I may hugest a job as a Dish Washer Walla in that Fancy Restaurant to get a Free Meal of Left overs👊🏽‼️👍🏾😍😘👏🏽Ha ha!!😂😂😂😂👌🏻‼️
