What an intro!!! Even when he’s hurt, Batman still gives Ra’s the business, after seeing how he “died” I’m pretty sure he’s not.. I’m getting more and more excited to see more from this game 🔥

Yep, even near death, Ras still caught that fade😂.

That opening cutscene battle was AWESOME.

The opening fight was one of the greatest Batman fights I've seen. The EJECTOR SEAT, cape stun, makeshift pulley, special disarms, different forms of weaponry and it all takes place in a trinket full Batcave. Also Dick saying thank you (18:14) caught me off guard because it's so in character but we haven't seen it before.

I had my doubts because honestly his suit looks pretty bad and the lighting in this game is just off, but once the fight actually started I was impressed at how good it was. They went pretty hard. The cutscenes in Arkham Origins were actually pretty great now that I think about it.

12:19 seeing Alfred touching the coffin Bruce is lay to rest in melts my heart knowing just how much Alfred cares for Bruce.😢

Based on my closer detective based analytical skills, this fight was strategical , ras al ghul poisoned batman at the very beginning of this fight *1:25* and at *1:57* he dislodged his unity belt rendering batman defenceless and being disarmed , he used his surroundings to the best of this ability and weakened , despite being weakened as well, batman’s willpower and endurance to power though is still remarkable In this last ditch effort of bruce wayne’s and batman’s final moments, he intended to takedown ras al ghul and bury him together for good

If he was set on killing Ras, why would he need to kill himself in the process and blow up the batcave? Batman is capable of lethal moves but he chooses not to use them. Seems completely unnecessary as well as the move where Batman stabbed himself.

Haven't even watched this yet and I'm guessing he's already mastered the combat, is gonna go thru the whole story without taking damage, and somehow knows all the ins and outs of the game already

Give me a game with this Batman. This is like comic Batman in a game. This opening scene told me everything I needed to know about this version of Batman. He got that DAWG in him, has the iconic cave, literally everything is perfect…EXCEPT THAT HE DIED

That cape stun was really good in intro fight

I can't believe Batman in this intro is voiced by the same actor who gave voice to Alexios in AC Odyssey! Talk about range! He did a stellar job, even if it's just a few lines.

Such a shame that Kevin Conroy didn't voice batman in this game. Extra shame that he passed away. If only he were still around, but nothing lasts forever. Rest in peace, Kevin Conroy. You'll forever be in our hearts

The First fight with Ra's Al Ghul was a pure homage to Batman 244. Batman without the upperbody armor, haired chest, him dying in the end. Amazing, this only reenforces that Batman will be resurrected by the Lazarus pit, just like the comic as well.
