A fairly well designed boss fight in that you have to make an effort to learn Freeze's attack patterns to win. It was tricky but fair IMO.

That's true. I think that the boss fight is kind of basic and generic but I like how it encourages you to adapt to Freeze's attack patterns. It feels like something Batman would do and we are in fact playing as Batman's sidekicks.

I don't like how he’s just a villain in this one. Mostly, the reason he's a villain is to save his wife. I can accept The Batman series, Mr. Freeze, since he was basically a robber that had the same thing happen to his body and uses his powers to freeze people and rob banks faster and quicker. However, this version makes him more villain than Anti-Villain. Also, Arkham voice is more better (same with animated series)

It was honestly so long and repetitive, and it's not just Mr. Freeze. I think I'm just used to the Arkham series boss fights and how Rocksteady raised that bar so high.

Despite what multiple people say, compared to a lot of other boss fights, this one slaps the hardest. Super fun, kind of difficult depending the amount of time you’ve played but it’s just really fun. It keeps you on your feet mostly haha.

How is it good. Litterally a mix of 5 moves that get thrown in order and you have to dodge and punch. In Arkham city you had to stealthily take him down and you couldn’t attack the same way twice

@@matt2mainy588 That's copium. You just hide and then beat him up, it's not a boss battle, it's a stealth boss battle and going back it was boring and lackluster. This boss battle has insane moves, the music is fantastic, and the boss immune phases are top notch. Straight copium.

@@MetroidPurples no not at all the design on this fight is terrible he doesn't actually move besides for immunity states if you aren't near him you can practically do this entire fight without taking damage from a range

man I beat freeze with batgirl and every time I used an ability my health would increase. I don't know how I got it. but when I faced harlet quinn afterwards I didn't have that no more. I even went back to thw precious suit I was wearing. Still didn't get it back.

Lost 3 times on hard with Robin and I got to say the best boss so far can't wait for the rest good luck to everyone who has to vs Harley Quinns henchmen with out help lol

Make sure your not using freezing bullets if using Jason. It went from 3 and 6 to 25 and 47

I was playing for the first time and got to Freeze fight. Took me like 30 minutes or a little more. I thought something was wrong like a glitch or bug and it felt repetitive. Clayface's fight made more sense. Even using Wemod did not helped much in how much health i took from Freeze.

It took 15 minutes to nibble down all that health. 15 minutes. Jesus christ, this game is atrocious.

He combined the first and second mr freeze boss battles the mech is after when he tries a blackgate breakout the first one is before he was beat and sent to blackgate. the're actually 15ish minutes each but he combined editied both fights together. SO yeah two seperate missions he just combined them both.

When I need fire damage I cannot find any upgrades or mods 🙄

Why are the health bars so damn long

They've should've gave Jason Todd/Red Hood the option to let Mr. Freeze die. When I got this game and saw you could play as the Red Hood, I was fully expecting that instead of just knocking the goons out, Red Hood would kill them or given the option to kill them.

Some of y’all need to realize that this is not connected to Arkham games what so ever. Don’t you remember how Batman died in Arkham night? He blows up the manor. And in this one Ra’s Al Goul kill’s him. There was nothing in Arkham Knight that mentioned a Belfry. Jason Todd is never mentioned to be the Arkham Knight. Fact check before you complain about a mediocre game

So from what I understand and what Alfred,Barbara,Tim,Dick and Jason have been saying is that Batman was helping him find some sort of cure (I assume for his wife) and then when Batman disappears he thinks he betrayed him and just goes insane.

What was the point of him being this hard….No Arkham Knight boss or Spider-Man boss was this hard! His power/damage bar is insane! Then adding the goons was over the top! Update…beat him…wasn’t that hard…be patient and learn his patterns. I died 9x…not bad.

Well, Arkham did Freeze more than justice and now people are just trying new things. Though his motivations do suck, I did enjoy Freeze being a proper villain for once. I wish they could have made the motivation better. Cause I hate him being a mwahaha villain

There’s basically 2 ways Freeze works really well: 1. Sympathetic tragic scientist who wants to help his wife at all cost. 2. Hopeless, broken, tragic, vengeful criminal who wishes to inflict his pain on others. Gotham Knights chose the latter. Like that great episode from TNBA. I’d say they’ve done a good job.
