Such a shame there wasn’t a Court of Owls boss fight, could have been great!!

Suddenly, (with no offense to WB Montreal) I’m glad I spent the time rediscovering Arkham Knight instead of blowing $40 on this game. Maybe I treated Knight too harshly The First time around.

I love how the boss fights are not an the expected order. You think Bruce Wayne and Talia would be left for last, since they’re considered “the final bosses”. But no, just put them second and have all the other bosses come next.

The rest were side mission bosses so maybe thats y they were put after

tbh man bat(s) not boss fight(s). they are henchmen that game designed for the last chapters. you can separate them from their health bars. to be even more fair, aside from mr freeze and clayface bosses, their health bars are almost the only difference between bosses and henchmen

This games looks so much fun That clayface looks hard I think the one in Arkham city was the way easier

I was actually just thinking this morning, this game was a let down. Maybe my expectations were too high but even with the different characters it just feels repetitive and almost as if the combat took a step back.

Combat does take a stepback really bad. The removal of combos and fast jabs in general just made many moves intentionally have extreme windup as if an idiot spinning his arm trying to hit somebody

I realy like Mr Freeze & Clayface boss fights, the others seems so repetitive.

My problem with Arkham serie is that ennemies are just basically waiting for their turn and the counter button is way to OP thus making fights to easy.. Infiltration in Arkham serie tho is by far the best I've ever seen, Gotham knights really suck on infiltration parts.

31:40 no animation when disarming the bomb, it really breaks the immersion for me, considering it's a miniboss fight. That's just plain laziness from the developers.

Man, the Arkham games really spoiled the hell out of you guys. This game is still fun just because the combat isn't like Arkham's

I wish there was more variety with the boss battles. A lot of them have the feel of being the same; just wail on the opponent, back off when they're about to do their big attack, and then go back to swarming and dodging a few blows to get some more hits in. I wish it took some more inspiration from Arkham Origins; the Batman Arkham game that had the best boss battles in the entire series. I think the best fight in this game had to be the Basher and Blazer one since you got to not only fight them but also try to keep defusing the bombs. It adds a little variety at least. EDIT: Meant to say Origins instead of City. Origins had the best boss battles of the Arkham series.

@@moshymosh Freaking facts, as soon as I saw the first gameplay footage in late 2020 and it looked like a bat family game made by the new Ubisoft team who made those unbearable rpg trash games I knew something was up but I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they stayed quiet for all of 2021 cause they knew their game was a disaster and had no sense of good direction then mid 2022 they dropped that horrendous demo and it literally starts off with nightwing using a Fortnite glider 😂 this game was %100 made for kids and so was the Arkham games but they were definitely made for adults too

Yes the dialogue is complete horse shit the game in general is just one big disaster but I have to admit bat girls voice acting is definitely the worst voice acting I’ve ever heard in a game. So robotic and awkward, look at games like uncharted, Spider-Man god of war how real they look even Arkham knights graphics where crazy af for the time more than 7 years ago the voice acting for that game was phenomenal they felt like actual real life people

@@JJS595god of war had some problems as well sometimes the npc just freeze and most of the time they look at you dead in the eye without moving there lips and I saw some issues like the character models we’re kind of downgraded so god of war Ragnarök has some tiny problems but it’s a good game.

I actually like this game. However it's so stupid that it was a next gen exclusive. I've seen WAY better games than this and they weren't next gen exclusive. God Of War Ragnarok, Resident Evil 4. If a game had to be next gen exclusive it sure as shit isn't this.
