My favorite moment he had was the one with Tabitha and selina where he acts all serious and then out of the blue he has an adhd moment and says "Is that peperoni"

in my opinion Victor Zsasz is the best Villain Batman has ever faced. Also even though he cuts himself to represent each of his victims I still like him.

He starts off as a hit-man, then goes insane. You can kind of see it in his character development, when we first see him he’s very professional and doesn’t muck around, but in his newer scenes he seems to prefer more torturous methods of killing his victims.
