@@markqui3024 I think it's considered an idiomatic expression. I'll try to explain but if you don't understand just tell me okay? and I'll try to explain again. So puberty literally means is when a child's body begins to develop and change as they become an adult . We normally associate puberty as turning from kid to teenager, a stage of growing up. In JB's story that was how young he was. So what JB said is a funny way of saying how upset his dad was that "he slapped the puberty out of him"..
