If you're Nigerian watching this wondering if your voters card would be accepted. I'm here to say it will as long as the address on you AdSense is the same as your voters card. I requested for the last pin- the 4th time yesterday, followed the step he taught in this video, uploaded my voters card and in exactly 3mins I got my account verified. I'm so relieved 😊. @@epickreatives Mine wasn't in capital letters. Of course the first alphabet of each word was in capital letters but I don't think this matters much.

I don't have the contact form at 4:18 , all I have is this answer "As you have sent the maximum allowed number of PINs, unfortunately you are currently unable to request for a new PIN. Please wait for any of the previous 4 PIN mailers to arrive. All replacement PINs will be duplicate of the original PIN code, so please feel free to use any of those to verify."
