Height is for overhead bin criteria which is a must criteria... Basic make up is must for the crew who have acne pimple marks or scars as one dhould know how to conceal those marks, skin color does not maater but having healthy and clear skin matters... I mean too many acne, pimple marks might couse a rejection ... Coming from this industry this is my thought from what I have observed and adding to that what you said Yes communication, confidancr, Warm personality, presence of mind are required a lot

No, I haven't taken any kind of training. You just need proper hindi and English communication skills and other stuffs as mentioned. There is no requirement for training. If you are not confident then do learn English from KZread nothing else.

I can't guess the reason.....but it depends on other factors as well.....I believe there are many factors they consider. Hindi,English on point ....height,skin should be okay, also people need to understand that confidence should be appropriate, not too high not to low because you will eventually have to deal with patience. It's not mandatory for all airlines but it's better to apply first to be on safer side. Some airlines requires you to apply and register first and then only interview is conducted whereas some airlines doesn't. So we have yo check all details before going for walkin drive.

Take the risk and go, go check my short's comment. One girl got three variances in height at different airlines. Sometimes there's human error, other time it's the scale that's not accurate or something like that......it totally depends on luck ..... height is something you should try if there is only 1-2cm difference.

If you're underweight upto 5 kg then you can try, they might select you and till the date of joining, try to gain by consuming shakes and surplus diet. I was also underweight...my weight should be 47 to be in bmi range but i was 42.8kg at that time still they selected.
