Great video. Tell me on the plastic bass knobs sundown needs to step up especially taking in consideration the price tag on any of those amps. I think sundown makes great quality products, but in all honesty all they did was under rate these amps. I haven't seen any footage of someone actually confirming the 12v ratings 🤔. Maybe you can be the first. As for price per watt that that salt lineup is one of the most expensive on the market. Wish you guys well and oh yeah I did like and subscribe

could this push 2 12'' Sundown ZV5 D1 with 320amp alternator and bank of lithium? voltage standing up on high 13's.

Check the remote, the clipping light is on the remote...👍🏻👍🏻

Yea we were under the impression all 3 lights that are on the amp would be able to be remotely located using that plug.

How do you accurately adjust the phase knob? It looks to offer every degree from 0 to 180.

really only necessary if using multiple amps non strapped.

How many subs can you hook up on this amp zv5 12” -15” in the salt amp do they make a 4-channel

They do not have a 4 channel yet. I would say 2-3 zv5 is perfect for this amp

I have 2 zv6 15s I need a salt 8

Did you see Jacob and Derrick saw your video and uploaded a reply? 🤣 haha so the answer is you need to use the bass knob for clipping no other option.

We did the majority of it yes. He is starting to DIY the amp install portions now. And we think that's awesome everyone should try it out. For instance he did the amp swap from the 6ks to the b2 amps.

how n why does the salt compete with the sfb? less money and half the size for an sfb. why would i want that over an sfb?

Well the salt you can run below 1ohm . But id say if you need more power get bigger sfb. It still cheaper and smaller than salt

its essentially proven tech vs new tech. the salt can take abuse. the sfb we technically dont know yet.
