I remember Wayne Gardener talking of his first rides on the 500 GP Bikes, where he realised he was over-thinking everything and thus going slower than he should. When he let go of over-thinking, he says his body took over and suddenly he was on pace, and winning.

In the beginning, riding motorcycles, from personal experience, I’d argue that you’re going to overthink it a little at first to understand what works better and what doesn’t. As you figure out your technique, you will naturally be able to ride more so on instinct as opposed to thinking about how to ride. I reckon with a little more time, Danny would gradually begin to feel more comfy and fly a little faster

You were like any biker trying to improve their skills, cornering getting your knee down reading the circuit. And getting the satisfaction as you improve. Plus your respect to sete’ is commendable.
