    Thank you, took the scenic route but got there in the end. Left it in cause it's a good way to show how to overcome a mistake. Making lemonade from the lemons so to speak. Glad you like the gel prints, cheers.

    I have never seen a junk journal made like this. I love it! Having the signatures in each side is great! I even like the additional circle on gone back! You are already hitting home runs for jjj! Hugs 🤗❤️

    I love this design, would make a great add on to a journal too. There is something very satisfying about transforming a box or other such recyclable item into something completely new. Thanks for watching, hugs.

    Cute design for a journal! I can so relate to putting the closure on the wrong side-I think we’ve all done things like that before. It’s kind of you to leave it in bc it just helps normalize mistakes. I love your gel prints you used to cover the journal.

    Thanks Theresa, you will find many of these types of stuff-ups in my videos, I like to leave them in so everyone can see how to work around them. (or come up with excuses, lol). So glad you like my gel prints, hugs.

    Great project. I don't know that I've ever put the closure on the wrong side but I sure have glued a lot of papers upside down. I can imagine it's twice as hard when you're doing a video. However I think it turned out lovely. Blessings and love from New Mexico

    Hi Judie, thank you. I really excelled when I put that closure there, honestly don't know how it happened, not concentrating I guess. They are great little journals, very easy to make and I love how the entire box is used. It's a cool morning but looks like we are going to have a lovely sunny day here in Queensland. Hugs & cheers.

    Hi Dear - I am doing JJJ. Going Saturday on vacation (first one in many years) but back for all July. Let's see what it brings this year...!!! I'm still painting. I made a book of Gaza War Paintings, a coffee table book type thing... and now I am painting from the Colour Cubes of Sarah Renee Clark. Do you have them? I don't paint them seriously but I make some free associations of them and paint and paint... I try to get sizes and perspective right...

    Hi Jackie, hope you have a lovely holiday. So happy to hear that you are still painting, art is a great distraction from all things horrible. I don't have a colour cube, they are expensive in Australia, but have thought they are a wonderful idea. Hugs & cheers.

    Ahhhh I have a feeling that this journal might make you crazy because it's too flat and however will it grow and you don't cope with the thing on the back... I fear..

  • @leighcreates

    @leighcreates

    Too late, already crazy Jackie, haha. The book may be a bit too flat, will have to be aware of that if I use it for JJJ. Having said that, it couldn't be any worse than that scroll one I used a while back. Have been figuring out a way to make the same book with more room.
