The way Chuck closes his eyes as soon as Blair holds him. Just pure relief to be with the one person he needs in that moment.

2:48 that look Chuck gives Blair... a look of absolute vulnerability. One of the few times he allowed himself to be completely vulnerable to not just Blair, but anyone on the show. That’s love.

I want someone to feel like that when I hug him.. Oh chuck just loved his face when he hugged him, like he needs her.

There is no better scene in the show. Leighton and Ed elevated the whole show.

One of my favourites scenes in the show.

This is so great! The happiness of Eleanor and Cyrus wedding to the sound of the soft guitar. Then the change from acoustic to the almost dance like version as Chuck stood next to the burning paper in front of the New York skyline looking completely broken. Then the very end is the best part!! I literally cried.

The moment Blair walks in annoyed, but then quickly realizes that Chuck needs her during one of his darkest times, is exquisitely done. I feel the emotion and it feels raw even though they’re actors. This entire clip will never not send shivers down my spine. Additionally, the scene between Lily and Chuck is also powerful ❤️

The transition from acoustic cover to the original version with the twinkles is so brilliant and adds so much to the scene. This show, despite its cringey dialogue, bad ending & ridiculous plot holes & storylines, was smart & a visual + auditory delight start to finish. Wonderful scene.

I love how Blair comes in prepared to save face and kick Chuck out, and then immediately changes tactics when she sees how badly he’s hurting. She just holds him in a really loving, tender way that he’s probably never experienced before. Chuck lets down all his walls for her.

This was the best emotional scene with Blair & Chuck.

It’s just unexplainable... from 2:48 I can’t hold my tears... every time. This couple is gold

when i first started watching gg a couple of years ago my favourite couple was dan and serena but as time went by i realised chuck and blair were truly and deeply in love with each other, yes they had there share of bad moments but all there heartfelt and good moments overpowered them and scenes like this (when there cuddling) shows it wasn’t only sex for either of them they genuinely cared for each other i also think blair was the one who actually made chuck feel loved and wanted :)

i started for Serena and Dan, I stayed for Chuck and Blair

This scene is EVERYTHING.

I will never regret watching gossip girl ❤️❤️

I wouldn't say this show was great. But chuck and blair made this show worthwhile.

People call it trash but golden moments like this always got me. And also I think it was great for what it was, sorta like deadpool.

This scene hit me so hard as a young adult wanting a safe pair of arms to fall into. When I moved away after college i got two ravens (mentioned in the first lines of this song) tattooed on my wrist to remind me even if im not physically with the people I love, there will always be signs they are always with me.

The new Gossip Girl is seriously missing the love and heart that the original had

best music moments that stayed with me: the hospital scene after Serena's accident: 'you carry people, you carry me' (best music moment and best scene of the show), 'then you will never have me', 'chuck and blair holding hands', 'this, blair, is anything', 'i will always love you', blair to nate: 'stay', 'i destroyed the only thing i ever loved', 'i'm sorry for everything else', 'i knew it, you're the same chuck'. you might notice i'm a bit biased but those are the best for me, c&b scenes have the best music.

One of my favorite Blair and Chuck scenes. I love when he came to see her and when you see his face when Blair hugs him. He needs her. 😍 They're my top favorite couple from Gossip Girl.

okay so i know this moment is like really cute and emotional but is no one else wondering how chuck got up to her room? like the only way (that they showed) to get up there was through the foyer/living room area where the wedding was taking place. and i think someone would have noticed him walking through the foyer into her room lol. even so, i love this scene and how it shows chucks more vulnerable side and how he opens up to blair.

I honestly feel like Chuck bass. I always hyper- I ndependent and blowing people off. I’ve learned how to become more emphatic and soft. That last part was really sad. Been there before. It really take like a spiritual moment to become that weak. But at the end it makes you stronger and kinder.

I wrote this around December/January and it was such passionate and natural.. 🌹 Now we’re in May.. it’s been 3 months that I’m so confused and frustrated about what happened.. This is hard to accept this situation when I didn’t have one single conversation with him & the reason why he ran away.. 🥺💔 But my intuition says : *I see signs now all the time that you’re not there, you’re sleeping.
