then who do you ship her wish in my opinion chuck and her weren't a typical relationship not love at first sight they do argue a lot but at the end they were always there for each other and thats what matters not the purest love but they did love each other

Character development. He got that. Blair is far from being a decent human too and she needed a longer time to get the development.
