Я жила в этом доме по Кирова в 1979 году. Это не лоджии треугольные , а эркеры))). Спасибо Вам- вспомнила юность.

4х этажки, треснутый асфальт, более менее все чисто. Дома симпатичные. Спасибо за обзор!

Привет!! A nice video. I really enjoy the videos where you are either walking or cycling in the city(s). You make interesting comments on what we see (now that finally the automatic Russian-English translation works fairly well) and the videos are in that way almost like travel documentaries. This is of course interesting for those of us who are not that familiar with Russia and Russian cities in general. I really hope that one day we will get there again, that it will become natural to visit each other and learn about each other. The historical center of Novokuznetsk and especially the Ulitsa Kirova street was in this context a surprise for me. The avenue is truly "Grand" in the classic French way, with beautiful buildings and a wide layout. I also really like the use of blue spruce as ornamental trees. We have spruce everywhere in Norway, too, but unfortunately they are rarely used as ornamental trees precisely because they are everywhere. It is a pity, but you have understood better.

@@Karaul72 Regarding the Russian-English translator on KZread (i.e. subtitles), it is still not perfect, but far better than before. The problem was primarily that the text came in chunks and too quickly instead of following the speech successively. There were also parts of the speech that were missing and thus the translator was largely useless. Now the translator mostly follows the speech and far less text is missing. If you also have some familiarity with the youtuber in question and know the context, you can get quite a lot out of the video. Of course assuming you are used to using subtitles. This is common in Scandinavia, but unusual in, for example, Germany, France and the USA. The audio track in foreign broadcasts is rather replaced with new voice actors in these countries. Otherwise, the translator on KZread has some oddities and problems with the complex Russian grammar compared to English. This applies, for example, to pronouns and the tense of the verb. Figurative language is also a challenge and when you refer to something that is right outside something (e.g. a building or an area) it always translates as "out on the street" even if there is not physically a street there.

@@Karaul72 Great and that's also the most important thing. The fact that we can today communicate so easily across major language barriers is rather fantastic in my opinion. I can remember how difficult this was when, for example, in the 80s I traveled by train in Europe (Interrail). No mobile phone, no internet and with poor English proficiency. In a way it worked, but fortunately this is much easier today.
