This song is really good. You'll feel like you're listening to it while watching the sunset. There has been a lot of discussion about this song... I find it interesting to see confused people. Only Damon and Jamie know the answer.

@@Thehumanleaguelover That's definitely true (as an Arab myself), but I think there's more to that. Souk can often be heard as "Sook" which means a timid or cowardly person, a crybaby. 2-D is really the only member of Gorillaz who fits that bill.

@@Welcometotheslam5424 Not that sure. Unpopular opinion, but I consider Murdoc the "crybaby" of Gorillaz: he projects a strong self-steem, but he's just an old pickle scared of being alone. Also he has that strange eye due to his demonic deal (I bet young Murdoc felt way sook when he did the contract). Anyway, being 2D or Mudoc, "sook" that has way more meaning than the "souk" interpretation 👍🏻
