Black Onyx base for both bloom pillow as well as finished piece.
Colors used TLP Zeus with a small amount of Liquatex string gel.. Burgundy from Monte Marte. 50/50 Deco art white satin enamel/North Shore white . Golden QNAG.

I think you can add Aussie floral with American cell mix and it will help your American mix. Just a few drops.

Thanks for the tip Susan. It's such a terrible price and then shipping ontop of that. Apparently there is a shortage of Aussie floetrol at the moment.. liquid gold is in short supply. 😀 Cincy

I most definitely can Valerie. I'm using a regular cake spinner from Amazon. Approx $40. On top of my spinner I have a 24 x 24 black marble tile that I baught for $5.00 at the Habitat for humanity store. Its just secured it with 4 pieces of plasticine (from the dollar store). It's much easier to have a heavier, larger working surface that I can level easily.... The tile also scrapes off easily & as long as I scrape it immediately while my excess paint is still wet then I waste less. Hope that helps. Cindy

@@lindalambert3077 here as well Linda. Mother nature has kicked our butt the last 2 years. Generally Victoria's winter is mild and soggy but the last two winters we have seen well below seasonal temps. We don't get snow often and when we do it melts before lunch leaving every child sad.. Just before Christmas we had almost 2 feet with Temps dropping down to -21. Record breaking. Last year we were plaque with "atmospheric rivers" & the summer took us under a "heat dome".. all new experiences for Victoria. And then after all the environmental factors we have the labour shortage and exorbitant cost of life... I think it can only go up from here. Take care, Cindy.
