I like the split floor plan. Very affordable especially to include an unfinished basement. I like how they use the model home to showcase family/friends small businesses like the art work. I could see other applications as long as it doesn't get too distracting.

Love this one Tim, perfect for Aussie conditions, like the tallboy cupboard in the ensuite to create a visual barrier from the toilet, we turn the bathtub so the taps are to the back that way it doesn’t get in the way when you get in the tub but I notice their mostly on the front so you can easily turn them on but it’s really no bother to reach across.

Yes I prefer my taps to be on the end. I’ve smacked my knees more than once on taps that are in the side.

Nice home and like it but for me I wouldn't want the Windows on either side of the fireplace just solid wall and the dining area I would have the wall with the window as a solid wall too. Not sure If I would want all the glass and glass doors surrounding the dining either maybe a single French door going to the three seasons room and something different on the back side of the dining room than what is shown. It appears the master bedroom doesn't have power outlets positioned well enough so you don't have to stretch power cords to reach a outlet as seen in this model, need more or in different spots. Master bathroom is very nice but would want different style of tub. In general I like the house very much but wouldn't consider it unless the changes I mentioned could be done.

Good layout. The bedroom sizes aren't bad either. I don't like the interior decoration, especially the kitchen. A glass door to the master bathroom is a very bad decision. Not only does it not provide sound insulation, but the light at night will also interfere if one of the spouses is sleeping and the other decides to take a shower. I would use the basement as a garage (I don’t like basements), and instead of the garage, I would use a separate studio or playroom.

Flipped? The fireplace on floor plan is in the corner but video doesn't show that. Beautiful home however.

Why are kitchens so small in 95% of homes these days? It..Totally frustrates me Being in the construction industry all my life, this has become a pet peave that has gotten worse in the last decade
