Beautiful collection of Gordon Smiths and enthusiastic as usual.Stunning guitars had the pleasure of know the original Gordon Smith team and visiting the factory many times .

Thanks Anthony - much appreciated and yes I visited Jon & Linda in their workshop and its an experience i will never forget - the smell of pipe smoke mixed with wood shavings is a smell I hold in my memory too!

What a great idea for a competition! - I'm biased I know, because I'm already in : ) GS guitars look so good, and the specs are excellent - really looking forward to playing mine. Good to see you back on YT Richard : )

I've been eying a fully specced out classic S for weeks now. Still saving up, might pull the trigger in the next few months, got all the more reason for it now!!

@@RichardsGuitarshop Looking forward to it already! Having a great experience with the Dowina I got from you, thinking a Gordon Smith will give me a similar experience for the electric guitar! Thinking about all kinds of crazy features. Slightly wider neck for the classic S (43mm), compound radius, rolled fretboard, stainless steel frets, a pair of radioshop Chris Buck pickups, maybe nitro lacquer for nicer aging (as I'm planning to play it and never sell it) and all the features possible through the website.

"The odds are against you winning..." Hahaha! Properly laughed out loud. Wicked vid!!!

Good idea Richard. You always have your heart on your sleeve with passion and enthusiasm for what you do and it’s appreciated. I love the Eastman Romeo I bought from you last year (this isnt my real name btw!) amd have been thinking of a custom GS as possibly my next purchase… so I might just be into this later in the year.

Great idea for the competition - I love the terms & conditions - 'I make them up as I go along' :-) Very tempting to order the guitar I really want to go along side my old G-60 from the 80's. I think I'm hooked on this thread now, it will be great to see what everyone comes up with.

I subscribe. Because I missed the competition 9 months earlier.. Next time maybe... Anyway I do like the G.Smith's sound ( I'm so fond of the Classic T ) But it ' lll likely be my last purchase : I already have 4 Reverends, 1 Gretsch, 1 Hagstrom, 1 Sterling, 2 Squiers...
