Ironworkers continue to complete the bridge connection.
The construction of the Gordie Howe International Bridge is a major infrastructure project spanning both the United States and Canada. The bridge is named after Gordie Howe, a Canadian ice hockey player who was one of the greatest players in the history of the sport.
The project involves a significant workforce, including engineers, construction workers, project managers, environmental specialists, and various other professionals. These workers come from both sides of the border and collaborate to ensure the successful completion of the bridge.

A wonder of the world, for sure. Maybe the closest thing to an engineering and construction masterpiece for 2024 as was Nôtre Dame cathedral in, what, 1400? Absolutely a marvel, and I want to see it and drive over it to revisit the Henry Ford Museum in Detroit. Congratulations to Canadians and Americans!!

The pine trees on the Gordie Howe International Bridge are not just there for decoration. They serve a symbolic purpose, representing the long-standing relationship between the United States and Canada. The Eastern White Pine is the official tree of both Michigan and Ontario, the two states and provinces that the bridge connects. So, the pines on the bridge represent the unity and friendship between the two regions.

The orginal and BEST content creater for Detroit. This was great Michael, this was a longer video. I loved how you captured the one girder panel that the construction crew signed, very cool. The whole thing was cool. Is there a way to request some drone tours of the car factories and such around Detroit? Your footage is so clear and detailed and so enjoyable, I'd love to see more of Detroit though your lense. Go Michael!

@@michaelanthonyvideos Oh gosh Michael, I would love to see the Ford Rouge plant, I'd also love to see you cover the Fisher 21 plant (under renovation), The train areas, where they ship the cars out to the states, Brush Park Neighborhood, anything downtown being renovated. It's all so fascinating and you have the talent to show us how it's all done, you have such a gift to show how Detroit is not a dead city but it's coming back strong. Your passion for the Gordie Howe bridge demonstrates that to us Michael. You are part of Detroit strong! We all thank you.!

I keep wondering why they haven't installed those stiffeners between the cross beams in the very last bay. They were quick up until then and now it seems to have slowed down. I would think that they would be required to be able to install the bridge deck.
