I've had the idea to do this for quite sometime now, so sure enough on the Thursday after Christmas I went down to Redondo Beach for the second year in a row to witness the absolute insanity of their post Xmas recycling and trash. Unfortunately, my schedule didn't allow for me to wait until the afternoon for the only Curotto on recycling (which might have been 1000x better than this) but I still think this footage came out extremely well - considering I didn't even mount the GoPro in the first place....
For those of you not familiar with Redondo Beach or Athens Services, you may see 1 or 2 helpers (or cart-pushers) who provide a valet-like service for the apartments and townhomes on Redondo's routes. In fact, fellow KZreadr and refuse truck enthusiast Matt (ATSFpony) is one of them. He was working just up the street during this video.
P.S. This entire video (of which there were 30 minutes originally) was all taken on just half of one (1) one-way street.
