GoPro Hero 9 Max Lens Mod & My Helmet Mount Setup

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Trying out the GoPro Hero 9 with the Max Lens Mod and also a little about how I mount the GoPro to my Helmet using the Dango Design Gripper Mount.
Thanks to Moto Trini for the suggestion on using that mount.

Hey thanks for the shout out and you got the pronunciation right! I also prefer the perspective from chin mounted footage as it's the closest to/best FPV you can get. I think I like the superview better

For sure - thank YOU for the suggestion. It's definitely much better than any other way I've found. I agree on the view as well.

Super smooth video, and that max mod + horizontal leveling is where it is at!

For sure - and I really don't notice the difference in image quality when combining it with other clips that are 4K. I use it all the time on the Hero 9 and will most likely end up getting one for the 10.

Ya, I think the max mod is more for overall feel of video. Not so much for overall video quality/clarity but less shake for sure.

@@YBGuy Oh for sure - I was mainly talking about the 2.7K limit for using the Mod vs. 4K without. So like for most of my videos I use the 9 with the Mod and it's shot at 2.7K - my hero 10 doesn't have the mod and I shoot at 4K. So, when combining on the timeline, it's upscaling the 2.7K a little bit to match the 4K timeline. But I really don't see much difference.
