If you have the HERO 3 Black use 720p and 120FR. I don't use vegas but in final cut i slow it down to 1-5% and use optical flow to make it smooth....you can make better slowmotion if you use twixtor too. I do so in my videos.

Hey question. How come when I record at 1440p the video becomes choppy? sometimes it gets choppy at 1080p also. But when i record at 720p its fine. I have a Macbook Pro, and i upgraded it to 8GB RAM already. Help me out please! Thanks. !
