Google could have launched consumer A.I. in 2018. Google Duplex freaked out tech influencers. So much so that they held back most of their A.I. innovations. Google has relied too much on tech influencers to market and shape their product launches. They let Open AI rollout before then based on their Transformer technology. Though this launch is amazing, we should have gotten this sooner. Google could have been first. It is nice to see them do this. I can't wait to see this fully rolled out and what it looks like. I hope they do more to define multiple purposes for using it and they don't leave us consumers to just figure it out or lean solely on influencers to drive the direction. Like how content creators were so focused on cameras and this made the smartphone industry stale. Companies bled us for years with incremental camera updates and stopped innovating in a lot of other areas. We shall see...🤔

We all know Larry Page and Sergey Brin were heavily funded through Grants while developing Google at Stanford. It's also common knowledge the CIA investment firm, In-Q-Tel, invested in another company Keyhole. Keyhole's technology was used to develop Google Earth. I wonder how much money the Google team got from the CIA, NSA (or their proxy) this round.

Plus Gemini kept trying to gaslight the tester to say he was mistaken lol. Seeing this... Im not too optimistic about the functionality of all these features. Video looks good... but I think the rest will have a long way to go before it can be called good. Also AI voice calling itself a "meatbag" priceless. XD

Google is leading this AI race followed by Microsoft. Facebook MNeta - I don't know yet - they forced Meta AI into my Whatsapp on Android.

Nah. It will be paid and I bet half of the features will be US only and then the other half for business customers. To regular users there will be bare minimum left.

See this is the problem with AI safety. Developers do not want AI taking their job so professional and ethical applications sound great but they will not ever gain momentum because the group of people these applications are built for are investing into biassed because they are the same people who will be put out (supposedly) as the singularity approaches. Which is unfair for the technology. Ai Safety is Dangerous. 7:31 did he just artificial intellgence's ???

How many of these 12 tools will succeed? Only the time will tell. Google should start coming up with their own ideas rather than following foot steps of any other tech company. Let's see what it has in store for us in future.

Googles business model is targeted Ads by wanting all our data. Apples business model is selling hardware and doesnt need our data as much, But we needed Google to make this comment and already essentially knows more about us than we do.
