Very difficult to determine the sharpness of edges because the video never stays still. It seems like the man recording this has Parkinson's Disease. Please, if you can, use a tripod for ten seconds so we can take a moment to look closely at the sharpness of the objects in the video.

great video but you're making me dizzy moving left and right so fast all the time. I like slower movements in shots so I can appreciate the fine details and helps me to evaluate the image quality. So often it looks like you're doing a rolling shutter test with all the fast pans left and right

I've recently found that when using active video stabilization it forces the output of the secondary wide lens and locks video to 1080p. This explains why videos taken in this mode look so bad. The wide lens has alot of noise in it and overall produces a much worst picture than videos and photos taken with the main lens.

@@VelianSpeaksTech for my understanding, the reasoning for this is to allow extra frame space. I'm not sure why it can't use the main lens for 2x video though

Very complete review

I am looking at buying a Pixel 6 specifically for the camera and video. I have tried watching a couple of your videos, but had to stop as I found them frustrating for me ( I am older and we are more irritable). 2 Most importantly for me, your video samples move way too much. You are swinging back and forth and walking around and I am unable to focus on an image to see what it looks like. I would really like to see it held still or even on a tripod so I can see a video where the subject is moving and not the camera. My second suggestion is minor, but the title at the beginning of this video were a little too much for me. You have put in a lot of time and effort on your videos and I am very interested in this subject right now. This is not a complaint, I am trying to be helpful.

Hope so, but these videos are not so popular, but I like to do them.

YIkes, the stabilization on video was very shaky. On my Samsung, with the SteadyShake on, it is SUPER smooth.

hi, i would like to buy pixel 6 only to record videos in 4K 30 fps. I would also like to record 2 hours of air-conditioned car video on the device to avoid overheating. I would like to know if it is a phone that overheats when I record videos and if it has bugs.
