Don't we need to glue it ?
Just a warning: the screen being sold by witrigs isn't what's shown in this video. It looks a little different, doesn't have the silver earpiece backing or mounting frame. You will receive a screen and a separate frame which you'll need to bond yourself. I did email support, they were quick to respond but didn't offer any useful help so I just had to figure it out myself

Just for newcomers, this has since changed and you now receive one identical to the original screen already on the phone. You just need to move over the earpiece and the little black plastic bit for the from camera.

I transferred the "alu tape" (which in my case had a small round hole in it?!?), separated from the speaker unit itself, and aligned it to fit, but there was NO "ear sound" after assembly.. Now, I have to take it apart again, with everything glued.. ~ Expensive screen, annoying design, ultimately resulting in bad sound (even from new)! I am not going to continue offereing repair for the Pixel 5..
What screen adhesive do you use?
Will they notice if we replace the screen when we trade in the phone to buy new one in the future? Also how to change the camera glass?

This is a great video, brief and to the point, but I had an issue with the Witrigs replacement screen for Pixel 5. I successfully tested my replacement screen, but when I tried to reattach it, I noticed the plastic border with the clips on the back of the screen was missing from the replacement! I am unable to secure the replacement screen on my phone. Waiting to hear a response from Witrigs on how to proceed.

Mostly likely you didn’t buy the frame screen model which cost a little more . So what you have to do is remove frame from the old screens Dan try glue it back to new screen without damage .

If you are careful you can leave this plastic clip frame on the phone. I had the same issue. When you start removing your screen, be sure to pop the frame and leave it attached if possible, or you are going to be dealing with 2 layers of thermal glue and the headaches of getting it back together without burning the screen. (Do it separately).

It’s attached to the old screen, so you have to attach it to the new screen.
