I love my google Nest Wifi I have a mixture of the 1st gen ones and the 2nd gen and I get good connection throughout my house, I haven't gotten these yet cause their kinda expensive.

For the speed tests, they're all done on my MacBook Pro 2021, which you can check out from my review video of the Nest WiFi Pro.

I too picked it up after returning TP-Link. But looks like its life is limited to Google App that is needed to control it. What I mean is, this has No web interface, so after the Google stops supporting the App, one can not configure it or do any changes.

@@kimandtech Oh okay, I plan to return the Google, but not sure what to get ? Orbi is expensive and AP/Satellite can not act as a stand alone router.

I'm about to take the same steps as you of returning the Nest WiFi Pro. I'm considering trying the Orbi since I've never used it before. Costco has Linksys and eero if Orbi is not for you. I'm curious what you're going to pick up.

@@kimandtech Eero is from Amazon ! Google probably know more about me than my mom 🙂 and I can not do much about it, but hoping to not let Amazon learn about me, so I guess I’ll stay away from eero. I have Netgear, and it has been working for more than 8+ yrs, so I guess it’s a good and reliable one. I am looking at Hydra Pro 6E, yet to decide

I have been using this mesh system one week already in terms of speed I'm not that satisfied but in terms of stability this mesh system is really good. the only thing that I don't like in this mesh system is having trouble to connect to another node in the master bedroom it keeps disconnecting

Thank you for sharing your experience! Is your node just another Nest WiFi Pro? Or is it different model? I find the Nest WiFi Pro to be very subpar. I had to restart the main router again over the weekend, so I plan to return it soon...

@@kimandtech my another node is also Nest Wifi pro.. my internet is stable. I just put my node outside the master bedroom because if I put it inside the master bedroom it keeps disconnecting. I don't know if it helps if you use a cat7 wire instead a cat5

I don't recall if it was a cat7 or cat5 for network cable. I used which ever cable that came with the Nest WiFi Pro for my setup. LOL

Mine stopped working properly the day after getting up and running. After doing some research, I found out that I'm far from the only one.

Oh nooo..that's unfortunate. I hope you were able to return it and get something else. Thanks for sharing your story though. I read another comment where you may need to make changes to the modem, which is way too much work for a router in my opinion. 🤷‍♀️
