    In Dialogflow CX, if Virtual Agent is getting things like Account Number, Last 4 digits of SSN etc from the user. How to set it up, especially considering say Account number can be said in different ways - two digit at a time, three digit at a time, total number In words etc. How to handle this? is it part of Speech Recognition?

    how to transfer Dialogflow cx call to agent in Avaya extension. I tried custom payload but it dint work
