Thank you very much! It worked. I was not able to fix this from a long time

This worked in so far as in the UserData folder I had a folder named something like 0000000.0xd with a date way ahead in the future (2066) that I could not delete. I used an unlocker tool to delete that one. After that it is like you show it in the video.

Will following your steps here delete my stored passwords and extensions?

Thank you so much! "Reduced color mode" was grayed out for me but deleting the "User Data" folder was enough to fix it.

When I tried deleting the user data file it says it can’t be completed bc the folder is open in another program. I have no clue what that means.

Just bruh. Press Win+R Or just search "resmon.exe" now go to cpu and search handles and type User Date And Delete App Data Using applications done!
