I would love to learn to use my own colors! I have always used one calendar, but used different colors for different events. I like the idea of a different calendar for each.

Love this! I always put ALL my stuff onto one calendar, but now trying to figure out how this would work. Seems like most of my stuff overlaps, so how do you decide what calendar to put it on? For example, this morning we have "well child" doctor appointments for both of my kids. Does that go on my calendar because I'm driving them, on my son's calendar, on my daughter's, on a combined kids calendar, none of the above?!? Haha!!

I would put the appointment itself on a combined calendar for both kids. Then I would put the drive time on a calendar that is exclusively dedicated to drive time. As the one in charge, you obviously know that you are taking them to the appointment as the coordinator of all the things, but this allows you to see who else is involved. As my oldest son has reached the middle of his teen years, I know that if he has an event but I haven’t included drive time then he is getting there without me having to be involved. Does that make sense?

The background music is too high

I was very much interested in the information you shared in this video, but the background music was not so much background music and was a bit distracting. It was stressing me out. Maybe record it at a lower volume next time.

I totally agree, and since creating this video I’ve decided to not use music any longer. So sorry it was distracting.
