It took you longer to walk into this ride than the ride itself. I remember this as a kid. At least adults can ride it not worrying about neck or back issues.

when i was waiting in line there was this one lady smack in the middle of the line who just would not move. her daughter was pulling her while trying to get her to move. but the mom kept saying “one second honey” while on her phone. this was happening for 20 minutes until an employee came

My Dad always tells this story of how when I was a little kid we waited like 2 hours for this ride and as soon as we hit the brake run I said "let's go again!"

This was my favorite ride as a kid. Me and my dad would go on it together. I was pretty young, like 5. I haven’t been on it in a long time. I’ve found myself down a KZread rabbit whole where I’m watching a bunch of these and I rly wanna go to Disney now.

@@kyomi_alt same I feel like I'm just in a dark scary hole that I can't get out of and it just gets worse and worse as you try to get out of it.

I still remember going on this ride with my mom and sister when I was like 5 years old. On the way up the hill, I waved to my grandmother waiting for us down below and then my sister screamed "HOLD ON TIGHT, LYNDSAY!" which I echoed, my mom said, "Here we go!" and my sister and I started screaming before we even started coming down. 😂 Ah, good times.

My brother may have been 3 when he got off he told the worker “ This is the shortest ride in my life, why’ed it stop.” I couldn’t stop laughing

I must be not the only one who thinks that this ride is underrated!

Best part of barnstormer is at times the line is *completely* empty, but sometimes *completely* full.

Best roller coaster for kids

Just skip to 2:14 that’s when they get on the actual ride love the video can’t wait to ride this 😁

during my last visit to Disney (2 months ago) I was able to get on this ride because the wait time was like 10 minutes long so so why not right? … And let me tell you this ride was way more fun than what I anticipated it to be!! It looks like it wouldn’t be scary but the height and the speed make it fun! I recommend it on your next trip 🤩 🤩

I rode this when I went to Florida in 2008. Brings back some good memories.

Whenever there’s like a 15 min wait me and my family just go on it over and over and it is so much fun

This was my favorite coaster for a while before I rode Iron Dragon and Cedar Creek Mine Ride

Less than a minute of ride-time! I like the guy saying, "That's it?" I feel like I've heard that every time I've been on this ride! 😅 "Barnstormer" not to be confused with "Goofy's Sky School" at Disney's California Adventure which is an entirely different ride.

Just rode it last night...It's more intense in person than the video portrays

I really love this ride. It suits good for kids! Short, basic, and fun! I don’t know why they don’t have a height check though. But it’s really fun! I approve!! 🎢 ✋🏼🤚🏼

loved this ride, went like 12 times on one visit to disney

I'm surprised Bill Farmer (Goofy's and Pluto's voice actor) is still alive as of today😮

I'm scared of roller coasters and I'm going to Disney next month for my daughters first trip..so just gonna ease my way in with this one.

That was me with Tower of Terror (just know I was 7 when I rode it 😅) but that was a while ago now I LOVE that ride (I’m currently 15 aswell lol)

I can’t believe I once waited a hour for this

Back when I was 9, I used to be so scared of roller coasters. Barnstormer was the scariest one. Now that I moved to Florida a year ago, I've gone to the parks a lot more. i did Guardians, Tron, etc. But now I needed to face my greatest enemy at Universal Islands of Adventure, VelociCoaster. I rode it for the first time two weeks ago, and that was when I got over my fear of roller coatsers completely at the age of 13. If this inspired you, don't let fear be in the way of roller coasters. If you are scared of the feeling, just do it. If you are scared the restraints are going to fail, engineers at Disney and Universal are much smarter than you. The make sure that safety comes first. Barnstormer was my first roller coaster of my life.

So my mom took me on a trip to Disney when I was 7 and I thought this was a walk through but NOPE it was a coaster and I begged and begged my mom to not let me go on this but we were too far ahead in line and I ended spending the entire ride screaming and crying. Now at 24 I clearly see this ride is nothing too scary (still don't like upside rollar coasters).

this ride is kind of like the woody one in orlando universal. it was kinda rough for some turns but is still fun even for a kids ride!

I went on this ride a few weeks ago it was so fun and me and my mom went to the after hours at disney because we were staying at one of the hotels so I didn’t have to wait in any line at all we were the only ones on the ride and the worker even let us go twice in a row !

This coaster is definitely showing it’s age. It’s fairly short and the lap bars suck! The seats aren’t padded at all and have grooves in them. After the last time I went on this I got a headache. I still managed to have a good time though! This was my first ever roller coaster and I loved it as a little kid.

This was my first ever credit. I was 4.

I remember the last thing I saw on that ride was my mom’s hands in the air xD. I wasn’t expecting that drop at the age of 8.

I went there last month, it was so fast I couldn’t stop screaming!

When I went on that ride, it was the quickest roller coaster of my life like 15 seconds

I went on this yesterday it was scary but I just screamed

Goofy Barnstormer is a great start if you have a fear of roller coasters. It's going to be a breeze and over in before you can say Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Big Thunder Mountain will be fun too and not that bad if you are afraid of heights. I know because I have a fear of heights ;) Hope you have a great time!

@@kfike96 my 32-year-old husband is terrified of roller coasters and thrill rides, but he and I just rode this on our honeymoon! I also got him to ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Star Tours, Dinosaur in Animal Kingdom, and Test Track at Epcot. He was nervous getting on all of them, but ending up loving them!

This was the first roller coaster i've ever got on i remember my mom getting scared before the drop XD

A few months ago yes, but now they are cramping everyone with a minimum of barriers with flexis glass. I still feel a lot safer than walmart and anywhere else.

I love this ride however it’s kinda suck if it’s a long line and it’s like 1 hour waiting because when you finally get up there the ride for like 20 seconds like what a wast of time in that line

That's it? It's pretty short. Is it supposed to be a family ride or kids ride? For a kids ride it seems pretty intense compared to other kids rides but for a family ride it seems super mellow

The ride is pretty intense, you can really feel the force going down. The rides is about 20 to 30 second long. I have seen kids age 6 crying due to the force but it's all about the parents discretion, they should know if their kids can handle it or not. It's a kid ride but still need parental guidance in my opinions.

Do they still have this ride at Disney World or is replaced with something else

Yes this ride is still at magic kingdom

The one time I rode this coaster I was expecting a thrill - and then it turned into a coaster of boredom.

I do but double check the height requirement, it's fun and quick, the ride itself is about 20 to 30 seconds.

Thanks. We’re going March 22nd and trying to find some rides my 3 year old won’t be afraid to go on. He’s pretty tall for his age. I’m praying that the park hours will change and stay open a little later by that time.

Ok from 01:45 to 02:00 watch that ride op guy be completely DONE with that little girl & her dad. Or maybe he’s having a bad day. Idk. Haha. There are legit three to five ppl in the train - yet he keeps waving his hand at them to hurry up, like there’s a whole line of ppl waiting. You’re waving at one girl and one grown man, not a full train, dude. Just saying. They didn’t even lag getting out of the train, and yet he stares at the girl like “hurry up”, then flounces his hand down and looks like he’s about to lose it! hahaha. It’s all good I’ve been there. Just… not when it’s unnecessary like this… just imagine. I’m not saying he’s really having a bad day, but just picture it!
