There was one goof you missed. I'm not sure if this counts, but in the uk redubed version when Gordon sprays mud all over James, the narration said "And angrly let off steam" too late.

Here are two more goofs. In one scene where Gordon's eyes are wonky, there's a huge gap between his eyes and angry face mask. I think it's just after he bumps the trucks. Likewise, this episode should've aired immediately after Off the Rails. It should've been a Season 1 Story

Trouble with the mud

At 1:03 it looks like Gordon's cylinder, (?) Is broken/damaged. Near his front wheels

2:32 James says that he don't need help to climb a hill, but remember that time when Douglas killed the spiteful breakvan in season 2? James asked Douglas for help. I would call this a goof.

It's a continuity error. After all, this episode should've been filmed in Season 1 too. It could've been the 25th episode

Like the above comment said, it’s an issue of adapting the episodes out of order. In this case, the problem is they stick too closely to the original script, because this episode should’ve preceded break van, but as it was adapted out of order, we see it in series 3. A bit like how in series 2, Percy and Duck “sat on the points outside the shed” when in the show, they’re blocking the turntable.

Great job by spotting on the Goofs in the episode oh yeah I really like it how Gordon's let off steam and mud went over to James I think George Carlin is better than Michael Angeles even though Michael Angeles read the script slowly but I don't mind for that 1:31 and it does make me a little bit chuckle

The cleaners washing Thomas all have skinny flesh-coloured wires for necks. The mud on Gordon changes several times whenever he refuses to get a washdown. Before Gordon sprays mud onto James, a studio equipment can be seen in the top left corner. The camera wobbles when Gordon finally receives a washdown. As Gordon says "Mind my eyes!" his right eye is misaligned. As the passengers board the express, one of the coaches has a hole in the roof. When James first sets off with the express, his wheels slip. When James is sliding back down Gordon's Hill, a wire can be seen attached to his rear coach pulling him back down the hill. In the extended scene of James going back up the hill, Gordon is not seen pushing James, meaning that it was a stock footage of James going up the hill for that first time. This was cut to pretend that Gordon is pushing James. Gordon's eyebrows are missing at the beginning. When Gordon and James are at the bottom of Gordon's Hill, a signal above them is set for stop. The signals at the bottom of Gordon's Hill are incorrect as the yellow distant signal is above the red home signal. In the Norwegian and Swedish versions, James is referred to as Henry when he says, "Trucks will be trucks." When Gordon puffs through the forest, he rounds the same bend twice. Gordon's buffers are crooked throughout this episode.
