Goodbye Volcano High is a cinematic narrative adventure game developed and published by KO_OP. The game is set in a world of anthropomorphic dinosaur characters and centers around the members of the band Worm Drama, including the non-binary lead vocalist Fang (they/them), guitarist Trish, and drummer Reed, as well as the school's student council president Naomi and Fang's brother Naser. The game follows the characters as they navigate through their final year as Volcano High seniors with graduation looming over the horizon. The game is about love, change, and the end of the world. Players guide Fang through their final year of high school, make choices through dialogue, and have conversations as they try to make things right before time is up. The themes at the core of Goodbye Volcano High are love, friendship, and youth facing what feels like an inevitable catastrophe.

Yeah that's some good advice. Sometimes a friend will tell me stuff that can't be solved easily, usually I'll listen and say "I'm always here if you want to talk". If a friend transitions then yeah I'm genuinely happy for them if they feel more comfortable ^^ I don't like this game though because it is rushed, I would've liked more scenes in-between.

I mean is a touching moment, I give it that… But the writers really didn’t do any service to Sage by making them easily the most obnoxious character in game. It honestly feels that Sage is just a 90’s stereotype of a the flamboyant Homosexual… Either Shane, had potential and it was wasted.
Sorry for saying this but I personally didn't empathize Sage. I don't know this is because of it doesn't relate to me or in writing of the whole scene or because I don't like Sage as character. Sorry if someone get insulted with my words but that's my opinion.

I get what you're saying. I think I would've appreciated this scene if there was more backstory regarding Sage, like a Sage route before you find all this out and more scenes where you hang out with Sage before this is revealed. It feels very rushed in the game.

It's true, but I wish the game more substance to it, like more routes and more choices and branching story, I'd like if the game had a more in-depth ending.

@@BAIGAMING maybe they could make a sequel? Have it be like everyone at the end is ready to die then Woosh, the meteor just wizzes past or like doesn't cause their extinction? They could explore so many more things and outcomes. Like maybe seeing how Feng and Naomi's relationship can or will grow. And of course more L and L sessions lol
