Been to one game at Stratford and that was for only the first half against Middlesbrough in the first season and that was enough. I was a season ticket holder at the Boleyn for 24 seasons, no comparison.

I went to upton Park today and I visited the boylen tavern and the groud wich is an social living now ..... this song was in my head all the time and I could feel the pain and the memories of all WHUTD fans there.... unique experience by a Rangers fan...

I lived opposite the ground in the flats.. Russell House. Gillete Ave. E63as.. You only see English people every two weeks on a football match Saturday

As a Shrewsbury Town supporter I find this footage pretty emotional, feeling the pain of West Ham supporters leaving there beloved ground..... A little late maybe as the Cockney Rejects brought me here...... God bless Upton Park and there amazing fan base.

When i first come to England, Cambridge was my first home game, it was near Christmas, and was snowing heavy. 78 or 79.

As a Palace fan, I miss away days at Upton Park a fucking lot. Was always my favourite away game of the season - proper walk up from the tube station, proper banter with the home fans and at the end of it, a proper ground. RIP Upton Park.

I lived next door to Boleyn Ground for only a short while...during the summer of 2014. Actually, I watched the World Cup with locals and foreigners from all over Europe right next door. But, despite the fact that West Ham was not playing, I fell in love with the spirit of the fans and the stadium. And, when I found out that Keira Knightly is a West Ham supporter, that was all I needed to know...West Ham is my team in England!! Go Hammers!!!

As a Yank I'll be honest, football isn't my favorite but I would absolutely love to experience a match day with West Ham fans. The camaraderie, the singing and chanting and the drinking. It would be so much fun.

Went to Upton Park in the late 70’s and early 80’s with my mates who were pure West Ham . Days when going to a football match were easier and without saying cheaper. Went to the Boleyn or the supporters club by the South Bank before the match, great memories of the matches and era.

+David Goodall Mate, he left a decent comment. Anyone who loves the game should feel sorry for the Upton Park, a beautiful venue, and the Olympic stadium will never have that kind of emotion. Chelsea fans will feel the same when construction of new stadium begins and Bridge won't be ever the same.

Went there couple of times. So many great old grounds gone now, replaced with soulless shopping centres and car parks. Lost the Goldstone ground of Bhafc. AMF

It was the Cockney Rejects who got me into West Ham as a young punk rocker who started his first band in 1988 and was a footballer in Philadelphia Pa, until 13 (when I traded the pitch for the pit) Now you must understand that this was back when you could get beaten up for being a punk rocker, or a footballer ( a real ⚽️er, not 🏈er), especially when you were outnumbered by the Nazi assholes (who we ended up chasing out of town eventually) and the rich kids where the Philadelphia Eagles reign supreme. (Who I love) but always loved ⚽️ better) Of course by the early ‘90’s most of the rich kids all became “grunge” in and would come to our shows, and since we all chased off the Nazis, they don’t fight, they mass murder people with assault rifles like the cowards they are. Jeff has heard me play one time, and the Rejects show at the Union Transfer in 2012 right after promotion was epic. Fast forward 30 odd years, and West Ham is going to finish at least 7th, and can still finish 6 with a win over B&HA and Palace has to at least draw Man Ure (as of 19/5/2022, when now this was posted) , there’s a West Ham supporter group in Philly that started about 5 years ago, and the Rejects playing at the Boleyn on the last night were we beat Man Ure was brilliant. This was a brilliant song, I’ve been to the Boleyn to see us beat Chelsea on 1/12/2012 3-1, but haven’t been to the London Stadium, which will never be the Boleyn Ground, but the last two years of top 6 finishes, plus the leadership Mark Noble, David Moyes, and incredible team spirt, seems to be turning into s new home fortress! Thanks mates! COYI⚒⚒⚒⚒
