I have a Tomos and would love to make it electric! Also having an issue with registering it because I can't find a Vin but I'm Ohio you can go electric without needing to register at least with bikes

A new TOMOS goes 30 mph. With upgrades it can go 40-45 mph ( and still be very reliable)
